WOD Three rounds for time of: 40 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball 30 Sit-ups 20 Pull-ups Out of town 5 Rounds 50 Squat Jumps (touch the floor and jump with your hands over your head) 50 pushups
2 hours and 15 freakin’ minutes to get to work, after a week of dealing with two pre-pubescent kids. Can’t wait for tonight.
