    See wha’ ha’ happen’d wuz…I did 110 thrusters yesterday…Judd, you’re bananas! You want me to try the out of town WODs I can’t even walk down the stairs today.

    110? Damn, the workout was only 100! You must be a massochist or something. Taking it easy today with a short jog and maybe some KB work. Letting my legs recover from the onslaught of the last few days.
