    Yeeeah, have to work late and get caught up on school work. Gonna do a slight mod of this one from home, consisting of KB swings, tuck jumps, KB cleans and burpees. Will post reps tonight. For the reps, should I count lowest set or keep a running count?

    I wasn’t gonna jump on the band wagon, but before Oli tells me to put away the dresses, maybe he should break out a dictionary and look up the spelling of “wimp.” Zing!

    Did this one from home, between loads of laundry and catching up on school work.

    Warm up
    10 snatches each arm, 1 pood KB
    2 Turkish getups each arm, 1 pood KB

    WOD
    Tabata (for total reps) of: KB swings (1 pood), tuck jumps, KB cleans (1 pood), and burpees.

    Swings: 96
    Jumps: 133
    Cleans: 41
    Burpees: 33

    Total: 303
