    Looking forward to today’s workout! For those of you who check out the main crossfit site, the WOD for yesterday was “Murph.” Several people made the comment that we should research Lt. Michael Murphy and learn more about him. Here is a great article about his life that I found.     That looks like a good WOD, but I’m gonna work on my Cling Presses and Ball Slaps up here today.

    Did two rounds of “Fight Gone Worse” (25lb wall ball, 95lb Sumo-deadlifts, 32 inch box jumps, 95lb push-press, row as normal). Score 155.

    Change of plans, letting the hands rest. 2 mile run with pushups mixed in once it cools down a bit.

    Can’t make it in today. I’m working on an 8th round of contract revisions that kept me up until 2am yesterday.
