Five rounds, each for time of: 20 Pull-ups 30 Push-ups 40 Sit-ups 50 Squats
3 Min. rest in between each round Out of town workout

3 Min. rest in between each round
Doing weighted pull-ups 7-7-7-7-7-1-1-1 Max L pull-ups, rest 2 minutes, repeat for 3 sets
Then: 21-15-9 Preacher Curls, Tricep Pressdowns and Swiss Ball Crunches

Rest day. Gonna watch the ‘Skins game and most likely curse at my TV all night.
