Trainer Bios

Judd Borakove
Judd is a Level 2 Certified Crossfit trainer with years of experience in a multitude of sports including wrestling, football, and soccer. Having focused on bodybuilding in the past, he found CrossFit to be the overall fitness solution that he had always been looking for. He has been in the fitness industry training and studying for over 10 years.
That’s 230 pounds of pure Ben on Judd’s shoulders…

Ben Chismar
“Little” Ben, aka: “Smalls” is a Level 1 Certified Crossfit Trainer as well as National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Trainer, Master Stability Ball Trainer, TRX Suspension Systems Trainer, and nutrition consultant. He has worked with both amateur and professional fitness and figure competitors and is a former competitive bodybuilder. His free time is spent rock climbing, snowboarding, and gunplay. “CrossFit is the most complete fitness discipline I’ve found. No other regimen can match its totality.”
That’s 4 pounds of pure Bella that Ben is taking overhead.

Caleb Johnson
Caleb Johnson is a Level 1 Certified CrossFit Trainer and a former infantry Marine with several years experience as a personal trainer. While in the Marines he faced many physical ordeals, with the culmination being a grueling 24 hour test to enter a Scout/Sniper platoon. After leaving the Marines he could not find a workout routine that satisfied his craving for challenge and competition until he learned about CrossFit. Caleb understands what giving 100 percent of your mental and physical capabilities to a workout is like, and encourages that in everyone who works out with him.

Josh Dempsey
Josh is a full time CrossFit Instructor, with experience working with some of the
best CF Trainers on the East Coast. Josh trained and coached under CrossFit Level 2
Trainers at five other CrossFit affiliates in the region. He has worked with athletes
of different ages, experience and ability levels, and is extremely passionate about
helping people achieve their goals.
Josh is well versed in nutrition (for both health and performance), mobility and
recovery, powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, kettlebells, and running. Josh recently
attended Robb Wolf’s Paleolithic Solution Seminar to further his knowledge on
performance eating, recovery and optimizing health and longevity. He knows the
value of continuing education, and is immersed in learning more about these topics
and improving overall athletic performance.

Jesse Laramee
Jesse is a Crossfit level 1, gymnastics and Olympic certified instructor. He first discovered Crossfit through the Navy prior to completion of Rescue Swimmer school. Once out of the Navy Jesse became a Virginia Beach lifeguard and major Crossfit enthusiast. Jesse has participated in a number of sprint triathlons and endurance events with Crossfit as his sole training program with excellent results.
