Judd Borakove
Judd is a certified Crossfit trainer with years of experience in a multitude of sports including wrestling, football, and soccer. Having focused on bodybuilding in the past, he found CrossFit to be the overall fitness solution that he had always been looking for. He has been in the fitness industry training and studying for over 10 years.

Karen Stablein
Karen is a CrossFit certified trainer. She has been involved in competitive sports since age 4, participating in soccer, basketball, softball and 14 years of swimming. Continuing her passions for fitness and variety, she played for a nationally ranked high school soccer team, rugby for a DIII college, rowing for Worcester College, and soccer for Oxford University. CrossFit offers the only gym alternative that has been able to replicate the intensity and focus of sports while making her better, faster and stronger.

Chris Mulligan
Chris has years of experience in basketball and soccer and outdoor activities such as biking, rock climbing, and hiking. Although he was initially intimidated by the intensity and unconventional nature of CrossFit workouts, he quickly became enthused with the functional gains awarded by the program. The focus in CrossFit on the broad application of fitness in avenues outside the gym has allowed him to excel at all his endeavors.
